KUALA LUMPUR, 18 DECEMBER 2025 – MCE HOLDINGS BERHAD (“MCE” or the “Company”), today announced its financial results for the first quarter ended 31 October 2025 (“1Q FY2026”).

MCE and its subsidiaries (the “MCE Group” or the “Group”), are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (“OEM”) with in-house design and development capabilities, specialising in automotive electronics and mechatronic components.

For the first quarter ended 31 October 2025, the Group recorded consolidated revenue of RM39.519 million, a 4.59 percent decrease compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Profit after tax and minority interest (“PATAMI”) for the quarter amounted to RM4.104 million, compared with RM4.827 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

The performance for the quarter reflects a temporary transition in customer production cycles, including a major customer’s plant relocation and the conclusion of a legacy model programme, with contributions from new programmes yet to commence during the reporting period.

On a quarter-on-quarter basis, the Group recorded a pre-tax profit of RM5.556 million, up from RM5.317 million in the preceding quarter, with pre-tax profit margin improving to 14.07 percent from 13.26 percent. In spite of the higher preparatory costs related to the commissioning of the MCE Auto Hub, the performance reflects improved operating efficiency during the quarter.

KUALA LUMPUR, 26 SEPTEMBER 2025 – MCE Holdings Berhad (“MCE” or the “Group”) has today announced its financial results for the full year ended 31 July 2025 (“FY2025”) and the fourth quarter ended 31 July 2025 (“4Q FY2025”).

For the full year FY2025, the Group achieved revenue of RM152.60 million compared with RM155.66 million in FY2024, while profit after tax and minority interest (“PATAMI”) rose to RM23.91 million from RM15.96 million in FY2024, boosted by a one-off gain from the disposal of land.

Excluding this item, PATAMI was RM17.59 million, representing a 10.2 percent increase year-on-year, driven by stable contributions from the Group’s core automotive business, improved operating efficiency and higher interest income from healthy cash flow.

Along with this set of results, the Group declared a second interim dividend of 4.0 sen per share, payable on 14 November 2025. Including the first interim dividend of 6.0 sen per share paid in 15 May 2025, this brings the total payout for FY2025 to 10.0 sen per share.

The Board determined the pay-out after considering the Group’s financial performance, with the one-off gain from the disposal of land enabling a higher distribution this year, while also taking into account ongoing investments such as the commissioning of the MCE Auto Hub in Serendah and expansion into new OEM and international markets.

The Group posted revenue of RM40.08 million in 4Q FY2025, an increase of 8.5% compared to RM36.95 million in the same quarter of FY2024.

However, higher staff and administrative costs from recruitment and preparation for the commissioning of the MCE Auto Hub in Serendah , a transitional expense ahead of its commissioning in the last quarter of calendar year 2025, resulted in PATAMI of RM3.42 million compared with RM4.14 million previously.

This transitional period will pave the way for expanded production capacity and the manufacture of higher-value automotive electronic components such as infotainment systems, digital displays and ADAS modules, including key parts for Perodua’s first electric vehicle, which is expected to enhance margins and move the Group further up the automotive industry value chain.

HANGZHOU, CHINA, 12 SEPTEMBER 2025 – MCE Holdings Berhad (“MCE”) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Huizhou Foryou General Electronics Co., Ltd. (“ADAYO”, “ADAYO华阳”) to collaborate on the development, localisation, manufacturing and marketing of smart-cockpit and smart-driving solutions for automakers in Malaysia and across ASEAN.

The signing took place during the China-Malaysia Supply Chain Collaboration Programme in Hangzhou, China, co-organised by Malaysian Investment Development Authority’s (MIDA) Transportation Technology Division and Jetour Automobile Malaysia.

In line with MCE’s strategy to move up the value chain, the MoU strengthens MCE’s position in the smart-cockpit domain, a core in-cabin system in next-generation vehicles, covering in-vehicle infotainment, cockpit domain controllers and connected-vehicle systems.

Under the collaboration, MCE will manufacture and supply these products in Malaysia and across ASEAN, while ADAYO provides technology platforms, product development and technical support, with an initial focus on programmes for automakers in Malaysia and ASEAN.

Early workstreams include exploring localisation of smart-cockpit and infotainment systems for selected programmes in Malaysia.

Revenue for the quarter remained steady at RM36.8 million compared to RM37.4 million in the same period last year, while profit after tax more than doubled to RM6.0 million from RM2.4 million, supported by improved operational e􀆯iciency and higher interest income. For the nine-month period ended 30 April 2025 (“9M FY2025”), the Group recorded revenue of RM112.51 million versus RM118.72 million in the corresponding period last year, while profit after tax rose to RM20.38 million from RM11.8 million. OSAKA, 19 May 2025 – MCE Holdings Berhad (“MCE”) today announced that it has formalised a joint venture (JV) with Nanjing Chuhang Technology Co. Ltd (“NCT”), a pioneer in automotive millimeter-wave radar technology.

The signing took place at the Malaysia Pavilion during World Expo 2025 Osaka, as part of the Malaysia Automotive, Robotics and IoT Institute’s (MARii) NxGv: Game Changer in Energy Transition and Mobility event, and was witnessed by Pavilion Director Ellyza Mastura and MARii CEO Azrul Reza Aziz.

Formed through MCE’s wholly owned subsidiary, MCE Ventures Sdn Bhd, the agreement builds on the Memorandum of Understanding signed in November 2024.

The new JV company will develop, manufacture, and market automotive millimeter-wave radar, a key component of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and automated driving applications, for the domestic market and global markets, excluding China.

These sensors are essential to vehicle safety and serve as a core enabler of next-generation vehicles equipped with assisted or autonomous driving functions, allowing them to detect, interpret, and respond to their surroundings with precision and reliability.

The JV strengthens both parties’ positions in these fast-growing segments and enhances their ability to meet rising global demand for intelligent mobility solutions.

KUALA LUMPUR, 14 May 2025 – MCE Holdings Berhad (MCE), through its wholly owned subsidiary Multi-Code Electronics Industries Berhad, has signed two Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with Cheling Smart Mobility Technology (Wuhu) Co., Ltd and Wuhu Atech Automotive Electronics Co. Ltd. to support the localisation of Chery Malaysia’s production.

The MOUs were signed during Chery Premier Supply Chain Synergy Day, held at Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) headquarters here.

Strengthens Presence across Domestic and US Markets with contracts from JVIS, PERODUA, PROTON

KUALA LUMPUR, 23 April 2025 – MCE Holdings Berhad (MCE) today announced it has secured multiple new contracts with a combined value of approximately RM120.67 million.

The contracts were awarded to MCE’s subsidiaries, with Multi-Code Electronics Industries (M) Berhad securing projects from JVIS USA LLC (JVIS) and PERODUA, while MCE Hengtuo Sdn Bhd was awarded the contract from PROTON.

These wins reinforce MCE’s position as a trusted supplier of automotive electronics and mechatronic components to leading automakers at home and abroad.

Strengthens US Market Presence with Follow-On Contract from JVIS

MCE continues to gain traction in its push to grow its export market presence, securing a RM69.59 million supply contract with JVIS, a Michigan-based automotive components supplier serving top-tier global carmakers.

The 60-month contract, which follows an earlier engagement, underscores JVIS’s continued trust in MCE as a long-term supplier and will see MCE supplying mechatronic components for a vehicle model in the US market, with production scheduled to commence in the first quarter of the financial year ending 31 July 2027.

Continued Momentum with Leading National Carmakers

The newly secured domestic contracts include with PERODUA comprise multiple projects valued at approximately RM41.33 million for its two upcoming models, an electric vehicle (EV) and an internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicle.

MCE will supply a range of electronic and mechatronic components, with the EV model running for 36 months starting in Q2 FY2026, and the ICE model over 72 months beginning in Q1 FY2027.

In addition, MCE has secured a 60-month supply contract with PROTON for mechanical and mechatronic parts for a new car model, valued at approximately RM9.75 million. The project will begin in the first quarter of the financial year ending 31 July 2026.
